We want you to know what happens between placing an order and receiving it.
Our intended handling window is 5–9 business days before carrier transit. This is separate from the shipping time shown by the carrier.
Orders are intended for delivery within the United States. Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are confirmed during checkout.
We intend to ship with tracking and insurance. Actual carrier service, coverage limits, claim requirements, and any signature conditions are governed by the fulfillment arrangements and published policy.
Published shipping terms
Orders are processed before shipment. Delivery estimates depend on the product and destination and are displayed during checkout where available. During the Halloween season, order as early as possible. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees unless explicitly stated.
